Recognizes consistent performance across front/back nines. Requires 3+ rounds with either perfect balance or 2+ balanced rounds.
1. Perfect Balance (50 points each)
• Zero differential between nines
• Example
Front 36/Back 36 = 50 points
2. Balanced Rounds (20 points each)
• ≤2 stroke differential between nines
• Example
Front 37/Back 38 = 20 points
3. Variance Control (0-100 points)
• 100 - (Variance Ratio × 10)
• Lower variance ratio = higher points
• Example
1.5 ratio = 85 points

Final Score = Perfect Balance + Balanced Rounds + Variance Control
