Form Thirty-Seven
Master File Of Uncensored Histories
Bureau Hunts The Holder
Form Thirty-Seven was created during the Bureau's founding in 1954 as the 'Original Truth' document - the master file meant to preserve uncensored player histories for eternal reference. When the Bureau later implemented its redaction protocols, three copies of Form Thirty-Seven were secretly preserved in the Deep Archive against protocol, each guarded by a different internal faction who suspected the others of manipulating the truth. These three copies have never been reunited, and the Bureau officially claims Form Thirty-Seven was destroyed.
Form Thirty-Seven manifests differently to each viewer, revealing only what they're personally cleared to see - making it simultaneously the most revealing and most frustrating document in existence. It cannot be photographed, photocopied, or digitally transmitted; any attempt results in blank pages or corrupted files. The document glows with a faint orange luminescence matching the series accent color, and the form number '37' in the header appears to shift position when observed indirectly. Reading Form Thirty-Seven aloud in the presence of other players triggers an automatic Bureau audit of everyone within earshot.
Form Thirty-Seven serves as the ultimate intelligence weapon and greatest liability in the Containment Zone. Players who possess it can demand to see any opponent's complete, unredacted file, cutting through redactions, Lost Dossiers, and White Out corrections to reveal the raw truth. However, the Bureau will pursue holders to the ends of the Containment Zone, and other players immediately become suspicious of anyone suspected of carrying it - because if you can see their truth, what can you do with that information?

Per the file I'm legally required to read aloud, Christian Phelps dropped from #1 to #2 despite an 898-rated round that outshone his 870 rating by 28 points. That's a 'warm glow of competence' buried under a memory leak so aggressive it redacted the anchor tag from his scorecard. The Bureau's Audit division is already drafting a memo titled 'How Scoring Below Field Average Costs You the Truth,' because a 46 even-par on a course where everyone else shot 46 is statistically indistinguishable from a hallucination. adjusts headset The Original Truth doesn't care about your rating delta when the leaderboard's verdict is a one-position regression into Drifter territory.

Per the file I'm legally required to read aloud, Christian Phelps retained the #1 anchor despite the Jordan Parallax glitching the course into double-vision. No rating data surfaced—the Observers in the rough probably confiscated the round—but holding the Original Truth through a temporal audit is its own statement. Redacted. Moving on. Not because I want to, but because the form demands it.

Per the file I'm legally required to read aloud, Christian Phelps just posted a 960-rated round — a blistering +89 over his 871 rating — and swiped the #1 tag from the Bureau's own archives. That's a 960 on a course that shifted overnight, where baskets materialize where trees stood yesterday. The Original Truth doesn't need audits when it can just outscore reality by six strokes over field average. Redacted? Moving on. Not because I want to, but because the form demands it.

Form Thirty-Seven is going rogue in the Tetons. Christian Phelps has the "Original Truth" for a Lost Hours side quest. Expect audits on the back nine and a glowing seal that refuses to be photographed. The canon expands, even if the documentation doesn't.
