Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases are final once checkout is complete. This includes event admission, day passes, VIP passes, and other ticket-type products.
Merchandise And Physical Goods
Merchandise and physical-good issues are reviewed separately from ticket purchases. If an item is damaged, missing, or otherwise needs support, contact us so staff can review the order.
Approved Exceptions
Staff may approve limited exceptions, such as duplicate purchases or other documented support cases. An exception is not guaranteed and must be approved before a refund is issued.
