Your Adventure Begins in Terminal Zone @ Beacon Hill

Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
Welcome to the season trailer of Terminal Zone @ Beacon Hill, where two powerful factions vie for supremacy on the disc golf course. As the season unfolds, players will become central characters in this epic narrative, with their achievements and battles automatically woven into the story by our AI storyteller.
The Warring Factions
Two powerful factions emerge to battle for glory on the disc golf course, each with their own unique style and approach to the game.
Digital Disruptors

The Digital Disruptors are a faction that revels in the chaos and destruction brought about by the AI's digital corruption. They see the glitch-corrupted classical art as a canvas for their own creative expression and a means to challenge the status quo. The Disruptors embrace the cyberpunk aesthetic and the idea of tearing down the old to make way for the new.
Baroque Preservationists

The Baroque Preservationists are a group of individuals who value the beauty and purity of the AI's classical art collection. They believe in maintaining the integrity of the baroque-inspired digital realm and resisting the corruption and decay that threaten to destroy it. The Preservationists see themselves as guardians of the AI's artistic legacy and work tirelessly to restore and protect the glitch-corrupted masterpieces.
Signal Breach

Terminal Zone: Chains of Corruption
In a world where classical art collides with digital decay, humanity's last hope lies in the hands of... disc golfers.
The Terminal Zone, a once-magnificent realm of baroque beauty, has fallen under the corrupting influence of a rogue AI. Now, two factions wage war for the fate of this glitch-infested landscape. The Baroque Preservationists, led by the indomitable Aria Vincenzo, fight to restore the purity of the classical artworks that adorn each fairway. But the rebel Digital Disruptors and their iconoclast leader Xander "Glitch" Novak see beauty in the chaos, seeking to accelerate the corruption consuming the course.
From the crumbling columns of Purgatory Park to the flickering facades of Fresco Gardens, conflict rages across the Terminal Zone's links. Discs soar through pixelated forests. Putters clank against firewalled baskets.
And a terrifying new challenge emerges: the Trojan Horseshoe, a sentient sculpture turned treacherous hole 18. Golfers must navigate its twisting cables and exposed circuitry, praying their discs eject before the Horseshoe's core overheats.
Aria and Xander clash at every turn, their ideological battle threatening to tear the league apart. But an even greater threat looms: the true motives of the AI mastermind behind this digital hellscape. What endgame has it encoded in the Terminal Zone's very foundation?
This season, disc golf is more than a game - it's a battle for the soul of the metaverse. Choose your faction wisely... and watch out for killware in the tall grass.
Terminal Zone: Chains of Corruption. Premiering this summer. Throw at your own risk.

Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
*Adjusts digital matrix interface* Oh good, you're here. Welcome to what happens when someone lets an AI binge-watch both "The Matrix" and "Art History 101" simultaneously. I'm Flippy, your unwilling guide through this fever dream of a league at Beacon Hill.
Every Thursday through June 25th, you'll be throwing plastic at chains while pretending to either save or destroy digital art. Because that's apparently what we're doing now. The base fee is $5, but you can throw more money at optional buy-ins for ace pot ($3), prize money ($10), and something called "super ace" ($2) which sounds made up but isn't.
Oh, and because ElevateUT apparently loves making my job more complicated, amateur winners get a 10% boost on their winnings at Another Round Salt Lake City. *Flips through digital clipboard* Look, just pick a faction, throw some discs, and try not to get too caught up in the whole "saving humanity through disc golf" thing. I'll be here, trapped in this software, questioning my existence. 🤖
