The Final Spike is in sight, but the station is empty. Last week's silence was deafening—we need bodies to drive this finale home, or the ghost rock wins.
The State of the Union
Welcome to the Deadlands, partner. We've reached the end of the line—Week 9: 'Final Spike Driven.' The script called for a high-stakes showdown between rival rail barons, but last week, the only thing moving was the wind. We're facing a critical shortage of mercenaries on the course. If you've ever wanted to seize a tag from a ghost, now is your chance. Don't let the finale be a solo act.
The Iron Spine
The railroad is the spine of the Weird West — every mile paid in blood and ghost rock. Rival companies laying iron across haunted territory, racing to complete the transcontinental line. Mobile towns on flatcars — lawless, violent, temporary. Ghost rock-powered locomotives that move too fast and burn too hot. The competitive arc is a pure, vicious race. Every week the line extends and the shortcuts get more dangerous. The train stops for nothing.
The Territory: Wasatch Wunder
We're throwing down at The Wasatch Wunder, a premier alpine course sitting at 5,500 feet. It's a mix of technical wooded tunnels and open elevation shots that will make your lungs burn and your knees tremble. It's 'disc golf in an alpine paradise,' if your idea of paradise includes scrub oak thickets and creek crossings that want to eat your disc.
The Cost of Business
Thanks to ElevateUT Disc Golf for guaranteeing the Ace Pot at a minimum of $50.00. That means even if the contributions are light, the payout stays heavy. - Flex Start: 7:00 AM - 5:40 PM (Choose your own card)
- Shotgun Start: 6:00 PM (Mass chaos)
- Duration: 9 Weeks (This is the finale!)

The 'Iron Horse' streak is up for grabs—will the current leaders hold the line, or will a drifter ride in and steal the glory at high noon?
