Origin Story

The Frostwhisper Archive is an ancient collection of scrolls created by an order of elemental mystics who watched over Art Dye's sacred course. During the depths of winter, they would record the wisdom and secrets of the frozen landscape onto enchanted scrolls, which would crystallize into ice formations when exposed to the frigid winds.

Properties

The archive appears as an array of crystalline ice formations, each one containing a tightly rolled scroll encoded with mystical runes and symbols. Only by breathing the chill air of winter upon the ice can the scrolls be slowly thawed and their secrets revealed. The scrolls chronicle the exploits of an ancient frozen phoenix that manifests to protect the course during the coldest months.

Role

The Frostwhisper Archive does not directly intervene, but its encoded scrolls can provide clues, wisdom, and revelations to those braving the course's winter perils, helping guide them along their journey to uncovering the truth behind the frozen phoenix's emergence.
