The player with the lower number wins the tie. So if #4 and #8 tie, #4 stays ahead. Yes, the rich get richer. No, I don't make these rules. Origin Story

The Void Whisper emerged from a failed corporate black ops project to create undetectable data channels. When Raven 'Hex' Blackwood discovered the prototype during her corporate days, she repurposed the technology into the Neon Shadows' primary communication network.

Properties

Exists as both digital protocol and physical manifestation, leaving no traces in system logs. Appears as shifting darkness with neon blue data trails when materialized, capable of phasing through firewalls with adaptive encryption that evolves against new security measures.

Role

Serves as the faction's secure communication channel and infiltration vector, enabling undetected data transmission and physical extraction from secured systems.

This case is a real basket case, if you catch my drift.
