Born from the ancient pact between the first Highland guardians and the spirits of the loch, the Mist Warden emerged as a sentinel of sacred places. When the original guardians sought a way to protect their secrets from prying eyes, they performed a ritual that bound a conscious entity to the mists themselves, creating a eternal protector of Loch Ness's mysteries.

The Mist Warden can manipulate and merge with the Highland mists, using them to conceal sacred sites and guide worthy seekers to safety. It possesses the ability to create impenetrable fog barriers and can communicate through whispers carried on the wind. The entity can manifest in either corporeal or incorporeal form, always maintaining a connection to the mists that shroud Loch Ness.

Serves as a spiritual guardian of the loch's ancient secrets, working in harmony with the Guardians of the Loch to protect sacred sites and test the worthiness of those who seek to uncover the truth about Nessie. Acts as a guide for those deemed worthy while obscuring paths from those who would abuse the loch's power.
