Ah yes, welcome to Chains of the Chupacabra, where we're hunting mythical jungle beasts in... squints at surroundings ...a completely treeless desert. Fun fact - and I cannot stress the irony enough - there's no trees at Bingham Creek. There's not even grass. Just dirt and weeds. Honestly, the most exotic thing you'll encounter here is probably a particularly angry tumbleweed.
Choose your faction:
- Shadowmane Hunters: MPO, FPO, MP40, MA1, MP50, MP60, MA2 (The "we take ourselves very seriously" crowd)
- Blood Moon Acolytes: Everyone else (The "we got sunburned and now we're committed to the aesthetic" group)
We're currently in Week 6 of 8: "Labyrinth of Shadows" (which is really just that one area where the weeds grew slightly taller). Flex start any time between 7AM and 6PM on Tuesdays. Last week's average score was +2, so clearly our "mighty hunters" could use some practice.
Entry Fees:
- $5 Basic Buy-in (Mythical beast hunting isn't cheap)
- $10 Prize Pool (For when you actually hit that line you keep talking about)
- $3 Ace Pot (Currently $57 - still waiting...)
- $2 Super Ace (Because regular aces aren't dramatic enough)
Checks script with visible confusion Apparently, I'm supposed to tell you that The Sports Connection is offering a 10% boost on amateur winnings. Though given last week's scores, that might be more theoretical than practical.
Late joiners welcome! After all, what's a good quest without some plucky heroes joining halfway through? Just don't ask me to explain how we got from "Forbidden Archives" to "Labyrinth of Shadows" - I'm still trying to figure out how we're doing any of this in a desert.
