Form 27-B emerged from PROJECT MIRROR, a classified Bureau initiative attempting to create a document that could track not just player actions, but their true identities. When it was discovered that several high-profile players had completely fabricated competitive histories, the Bureau buried the project but kept the form active - it became their darkest secret, containing the master list of every player's real status, hidden from all but the highest clearance levels.
Form 27-B manifests physically differently for each viewer - those with low clearance see only a thin folder with heavily redacted pages, while high-clearance agents perceive a massive black leather-bound tome filled with moving text. The pages are written in a specialized ink that rearranges itself based on the viewer's clearance level, revealing more truth to those with higher access. The document cannot be photographed or digitally copied - any attempt results in completely blurred images. The paper itself appears to age based on the sensitivity of the information it contains, with more critical secrets causing the pages to yellow and decay faster.
Form 27-B serves as the ultimate arbiter of player status within the Containment Zone - when invoked during an Audit, it can reclassify a player's entire competitive identity, elevate their clearance level, or permanently redact them from the system. Only the Bureau's most senior officials can formally invoke Form 27-B, but its existence creates constant paranoia among players who know their true histories might be recorded in its pages.

Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
Form 27-B slithered out of PROJECT MIRROR when the Bureau realized everyone’s player history was fabricated. It’s a petty tome that looks like a pamphlet to rookies and a leather nightmare to pros. The ink reshapes to mock your clearance, and it refuses photos because it says your lighting is "unauthorized."
Britain Best found Tag #5, Form 27-B in the rough. It’s a pamphlet to him—low clearance—but we see the leather tome of lies. The ink is already redacting his scorecard. Welcome to the Containment Zone, Britain. Don't lose the file.
