The Deadlands claim many, but some refuse to stay buried. Legend holds the first Revenant was a sharpshooter strung up at high noon for a score dispute—only to claw out of the shallow grave at sunset, dust still clinging to dead flesh, thirsting for vindication. Now the name is earned, not given.

The name manifests as an indomitable presence that refuses to be forgotten. Bearers report feeling a supernatural resilience when rankings are on the line, as if the Deadlands themselves recognize a kindred spirit. The tag seems to draw the eye of every vulture circling the leaderboard.

A phantom that haunts the rankings, refusing to stay buried regardless of how many times the culling tries to claim it.
