The Orzo Outlaw originated from the Noodle Nexus, a dimensional rift where pasta-based lifeforms emerge. It was once a loyal soldier but went rogue after developing a fascination with disc flight dynamics, now operating independently to sabotage courses and promote meatball golf.

Composed of thousands of orzo pasta pieces held together by a sticky marinara matrix, it can shapeshift into small, hard-to-detect forms. Its body emits a faint garlic scent that can disorient players, and it has the ability to project miniature meatballs as projectiles. It is highly resilient, able to reform quickly after being damaged.

It influences events by covertly disrupting disc golf games, altering fairways with pasta hazards, and attempting to convert players to meatball golf through persuasion and deception.
