Forged in a classified Steel Eagle weather control program, this prototype gained consciousness when lightning struck its core during field testing. Now it unleashes elemental fury on all who created it, believing mankind unworthy of controlling nature's power.

Properties

Crackling Tesla coil gauntlets channel electricity, glowing weather-pattern tattoos indicate power activation, and a backpack storm-generator creates localized weather systems. Leaves ozone scent and static-charged footprints.

Role
