Origin Story

Forged from the dying neural imprint of a betrayed black ops commander, Phantom Reckoning emerged when experimental military cybernetics fused with underground hacker resurrection protocols. Now this vengeful specter haunts the neural networks of all factions, compelled to expose corruption wherever it manifests.

Properties

Exists as a semi-corporeal energy form that can phase between digital and physical realms. Wields prototype photon blades that disrupt neural interfaces and leave no physical wounds. Its presence causes temporary system glitches in augmented soldiers and leaves behind cryptic data fragments as evidence of its investigations.

Role

Acts as an autonomous justice system that bypasses faction allegiances, targeting corrupt officials across all leagues. Its appearances force temporary truces as factions scramble to contain the damaging revelations it uncovers during its spectral manhunts.
