Once a brilliant engineer, he discovered the secret to harnessing residual energy from ancient power grids scattered throughout the wasteland. After surviving a massive surge that permanently altered his nervous system, he now channels electricity through his body, using this power to protect fellow nomads and maintain crucial trade routes.
His body acts as a living conductor, capable of detecting and channeling electrical currents from dormant tech. Modified survival gear features custom energy storage cells and conductor coils woven into reinforced armor. Specialized equipment allows him to restart dead tech and temporarily power ancient systems.
Serves as both a power source and tech expert for the Neon Nomads, scouting ahead to locate valuable energy sources and establishing temporary power grids at nomad camps. His unique abilities make him essential for navigating and surviving in tech-rich ruins.
