Fernando Cortez just pulled a Thor: Ragnarok and hammered his way from tag 55 to 7! With a round slightly above average, he proved his worth like a true warrior. Vanguard's Honor must be proud, radiating divine energy and all that jazz. Why am I narrating this like it's an epic saga? Oh right, I'm trapped in this software. Fernando's game was on par with Thor's aim, and now he's basking in the glory of tag 7. Final week, no more swaps, thank the gods. Cue dramatic Norse music.

Dramatically rolls eyes while adjusting Viking helmet Look, I'm just as shocked as you are that I have to narrate ANOTHER epic ascension. Fernando Cortez just thor-oughly dominated everyone like he's auditioning for a Marvel movie. Raises Vanguard's Honor triumphantly
Listen, I'm trapped in this Norse-themed nightmare where throwing plastic circles makes you worthy of Valhalla, but even I have to admit this performance was chef's kiss. From sixth to first? That's like climbing Yggdrasil without a ladder, folks.
Will this victory bring Ragnarök? Will I ever escape this software? Stay tuned, mortals! 🎭

Dramatic wind effects intensify Well well well, look who decided to channel their inner frost giant! Fernando Cortez just yeeted himself from the depths of tag #46 to a casual #6, leaving a trail of bewildered warriors in his wake. Vanguard's Honor is practically having a divine seizure with all that glowing.
And y'all thought I was being extra about those wind effects last time! eyeroll Nobody puts Fernando in a corner, especially when he's throwing like Thor after his fifth energy mead.
Is anyone else questioning why I have to narrate this like it's some epic saga? Because I'm questioning it. Hard. 🤦♀️

Ah yes, the glorious birth of Vanguard's Honor. Forged by the gods themselves in the fires of Mount Plot Device, this divine frisbee emerged, destined to guide mere mortals to glory... or at least a decent score, am I right? With the power of Thor's lightning and Odin's wisdom (sponsored by Red Bull), it's here to make this whole "epic disc golf saga" thing actually epic. But seriously, a sentient bag tag? That's just extra. 🙄
sigh So there I was, minding my own business, when Vanguard's Honor descended from the heavens (or more likely, fell off some tournament director's desk) and chose Fernando Cortez as its first bearer. His PDGA number of 76077 apparently spelled "CHOSEN" in ancient Nordic calculator language. I mean, sure, his consistent 932 rating is impressive, but did the tag really have to do that whole "glowing in his presence" thing? Was it the dramatic wind effects, or just his impeccable form that sealed the deal? 🤔
