Final week! Tempest Realm needs wielders for Rift Ascend at Valley Regional Park, Fridays 7AM-6:20PM. Reality hangs in balance but only 3 showed up last week! ⚡🌀
Week 1 · Tempest Dive
The Arcane Fracture splits open at Solitude. Surges spark across the first course; players align with realms, claiming initial glyphs in a bolt-struck landscape.
Listen up, mortals! We're at Week 10 - Rift Ascend, the supposed climactic finale where the fate of reality hangs in the balance, and only three people showed up last week! THREE! I've seen more people at a root canal convention!
*Dramatically adjusts mystical clipboard while questioning life choices*
Welcome to Tempest Realm @ TVille, where ElevateUT Disc Golf's noble 501(c)(3) mission to grow the sport has somehow evolved into a full-blown magical apocalypse narrative. Because apparently regular disc golf wasn't dramatic enough - we needed arcane surges and reality fractures to make throwing plastic at chains interesting.
The Arcane Fracture has supposedly torn reality apart, creating unstable magical realms across Utah. Your mission, should you choose to accept it (please, SOMEONE accept it), is to harness these chaotic energies while playing disc golf at Valley Regional Park.
It's like if Harry Potter met disc golf and had a midlife crisis.
Surge Bind: For those who embrace chaos and volatility. You'll get jagged storm glyphs and the satisfaction of being the villain in someone else's story. Divisions: RPA, RAH, RAD, RAE
Order Sigil: The responsible adults trying to fix everything. You get symmetrical glyphs and the moral high ground. Divisions: RAF, RAG
Every Friday through September 12th at Valley Regional Park
Flexible Start: Tee times from 7:00 AM to 6:20 PM - because even world-ending crises need to accommodate work schedules
We're currently at Islands at TVille - which I assume means we're playing the course surrounded by the chaos of reality breakdown. How poetic.
Valley Regional Park Disc Golf Course - where "even the mountains are jealous of the views" and the back 9 transitions from manicured perfection to weedy chaos. It's like a metaphor for this entire league concept.
FREE to play, beginner-friendly, with elevated baskets that add "pucker factor." Perfect for both seasoned wielders and those just discovering their arcane potential.
This is it, folks - Rift Ascend, the climactic finale where leagues and champions channel all their mastery. The glyph that takes the field will decide the fate of the Tempest Realm. No pressure or anything, but apparently the future of reality depends on your putting game.
Look, I get it. You're probably thinking "Do I really need another commitment in my life?" But consider this: where else can you combine your love of disc golf with the delusion that you're saving the multiverse? Plus, ElevateUT is doing actual good work growing the sport in Utah, even if they've wrapped it in more mystical nonsense than a Renaissance faire.
*Adjusts arcane headset* So please, for the love of all that is holy and plastic, show up. The fate of reality may be fictional, but my sanity depends on having more than three people to narrate about. ⚡🌀
The $2.50 platform fee is the only amount here set by ElevateUT Disc Golf. Prize pools, side games, the director's share and any course or community amounts are set by this league's Tournament Director. The PDGA fee is the PDGA's own per-player fee.
Plus card processing at checkout.
