The Mirage Zone Situation
Welcome to Mirage Zone @ Creekside, where grown adults pretend their Monday disc golf league involves "arcane fractures" and "phantom glyphs." We're currently in Week 7 of 10, deep in the Veil Master event, where apparently someone's about to achieve "greater perception." Plot twist: it's probably just better putting form.
ElevateUT Disc Golf, a legitimate 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to growing disc golf in Utah, has somehow convinced 15 people that throwing plastic at baskets while roleplaying mystical wielders is a valid Monday activity. I mean... they're not wrong?
When & Where This Madness Unfolds
- Every Monday starting July 7, 2025
- Flexible Start: 7:00 AM to 6:20 PM (because commitment is scary)
- Location: Creekside Park - where trees go to destroy disc golf dreams
- Format: Choose your own card flex start (very millennial of them)
The Great Faction War (AKA Pool Drama)
Players must choose their mystical allegiance between two totally different approaches to throwing frisbees:
Brotherhood of the Fracture
Led by Dax Shardbinder (yes, that's a real name they gave him), these chaos enthusiasts embrace "instability to confound adversaries." Translation: they're okay with hitting trees and calling it strategy.
Divisions: RPA, RAH, RAD, RAE
Order of the Veil
Under Lira Prismseer's guidance, these "illusion tamers" seek clarity and balance. Basically, they're the ones who actually read the course map and practice putting.

Financial Commitment to the Illusion
- Weekly Buy-in: $5 (the price of mystical participation)
- Optional Prize Money: $10 (for serious wielders)
- Ace Pot: $3 (currently at $93 - someone's getting lucky)
- Super Ace: $2 (because regular aces are for peasants)
Creekside Park: The Chosen Battlefield
Every single week takes place at Creekside Park in Millcreek, Utah - a beautiful course where towering cottonwood and olive trees serve as natural disc collectors. The babbling creek provides a peaceful soundtrack to mask the sound of plastic meeting bark.
With its mix of open areas and densely wooded sections, Creekside strikes the perfect balance between "I can throw here" and "why did I throw there?" It's like the course designers knew exactly how to humble your driving game.

Fracture at Creekside: The Mirage Zone Chronicles
In a world where reality twists and every throw can rewrite the laws of perception, Mirage Zone League unleashes chaos at the heart of Creekside Park.
As the Arcane Fracture tears open the land, only those who master illusion stand a chance. Two powers rise—Lira Prismseer of the Order of the Veil, a survivalist haunted by arcane collapse, and Dax Shardbinder of the Brotherhood of the Fracture, architect of beautiful disorder. Both command their factions as the course bleeds distortion and glyph-laced peril.
Phantom holes shift like secrets in the dark. Baskets flicker, echoes of champions haunt every drive, and one misguided throw might shatter existence. To seize the Paradox Crown, players must survive mirrored twins, glyph shards with hidden malice, and the web of luminous paradox. Each challenge warps the field—each victory carves another fracture.
Lira Prismseer warns, “In the Mirage Zone, paranoia isn’t a flaw—it’s strategy.” But the voice of Dax Shardbinder tempts, “Surrender to the chaos, or be consumed by it.”
Can mastery bring clarity, or will the Mirage Zone League fracture forever?
This season, only one question echoes: Who will command reality—order or chaos?
