The demon's grip tightens in Week 7 of the Deadlands. Your skin feels like leather, your eyesight sharpens unnaturally, and the leaderboard's about to get a whole lot more interesting. Welcome to the West Jordan Wastes, partner - try not to get fully possessed.
The Arena Awaits (And So Does Your Passenger)
Welcome to Shallow Graves, the Tuesday night league where you dragged your corpse to The Arena and something followed you back. The headache is just the beginning. By Week 7 - the West Jordan Wastes - the physical transformation is in full swing. Your skin's getting leathery, your senses are sharpening, and that voice in your head keeps offering to drive on Hole 6's 970-foot uphill par 5. You might want to let it.
This is the Harrowed league - undead gunslingers and outlaws who clawed out of the dirt with memories mostly intact and a demon riding shotgun in their skull. You're not a zombie. You're worse. You're a gunslinger who almost remembers being alive, and every week the passenger's grip tightens. The horror isn't death - it's that you almost remember sunshine.
- The Arena: Utah's longest and most technically demanding course. Bird-themed holes, dramatic elevation changes, and views that make you forget you're a walking corpse.
- Three layouts (Red/Gold/Blue) across two pools. Pool A brings the heavy hitters. Pool B brings the hungry outlaws.
- Week 7 of 9. The demon's getting impatient. The Reckoning approaches.
When The Cursed Frontier Calls
Pool Assignments (Pick Your Poison)
Two pools, one arena, same cursed layout. The RGB configuration means you're getting the full Arena experience - Red, Gold, and Blue tees mixed into a 18-hole symphony of suffering. Pool A's got the veterans with 19+ events under their belts. Pool B's the hungry upstarts. Both end up at the same gallows.
The Bag Tags: Your Descent, Tracked
The tags tell the story of your possession. Split-face designs show the transition from human gunslinger to demonic horror. Where are you in the transformation?
- Ranks 1-5: The Unbroken — You're still you. Mostly. The demon's whispering, but you're in control.
- Ranks 6-20: The Struggling — Internal war. Every round is a battle for the wheel.
- Ranks 21+: The Vessels — The demon's driving now. Congratulations? Your scorecard's great but your soul's on layaway.
The Cost of Survival
For the price of a sad sandwich, you get a week of frontier justice, a tag that tracks your spiritual decay, and a chance to throw plastic at metal while a demon critiques your form. The CTP is free because even the underworld believes in participation trophies.
The Hexed Relic: $326.95 Ace Pot
The Ace Pot sits at $326.95 and climbing. ElevateUT Disc Golf — the fine folks running this spectral circus — guarantees a minimum of $50, so even if contributions are slow, the first ace walks away with at least something. Note: the displayed pot may look 'stuck' at the guarantee amount early on because contributions haven't exceeded that floor yet. Any guarantee top-up is credited to the winner's Bonus Account (registration-only; not withdrawable to PayPal or disc shops).

General Notes
All fences play out of bounds. All paved surfaces (roads, parking lots, asphalt paths) play out of bounds.
Mandatory cactus relief: When disc lands in cactus, take relief immediately behind with no penalty stroke. Stack rocks at cactus base to increase visibility and protect desert vegetation.
Red layout players have right-of-way on shared holes.
Standard penalties apply: OB (Rule 806.02) play from last in-bounds point with one penalty stroke. Hazard (Rule 806.03) play from position with one penalty stroke. Mandatory relief areas (Rule 806.04) have special rules per hole.
Note: Hole 2 plays as Par 5 for Blue layout (Par 4 for Gold).
