adjusts headset, coughs dust Well, partners, welcome back to the booth—what’s left of it after that green fog tried to swallow the course whole. Let’s get this over with: Shattercoast @ The Fort saw exactly zero players walk The Fort Buenaventura’s Thumb and Thumber layout this week. Zero. The brine storm rolled in, the creek turned to sludge, and apparently, even the demons whispering shortcuts on Sycamore weren’t enough to draw a crowd. I’m contractually obligated to call this an episode, but the scriptwriters really phoned it in this time—the audience is bigger than the player count, and that’s saying something for a ghost town. Week 1 may have set a hopeful tone for this nine-week saga, but Week 2 is a reminder that even the best-laid frontier plans get buried under supernatural nonsense. Another drifter rides into the sunset… of the eliminated rankings. Here’s hoping next week brings actual discs and fewer haunted creeks.
