When upstream construction equipment fell into the creek during the initial spawning ground disruption, the industrial machinery created artificial eddies that trapped the spirit of a drowned worker. The combination of metal, rushing water, and ancient territorial magic transformed the victim into a relentless hunter who claims each new eddy as personal hunting grounds.

Manifests within swirling water currents with the ability to accelerate eddy formation and expand their circumference to create larger hunting zones. Wields rusted construction tools recovered from the creek bed as signature weapons, with supernatural strength amplified by proximity to moving water. The supernatural fog enhances its stealth capabilities, allowing near-invisible approach through mist-shrouded eddies.

Claims and defends circular water features throughout the creek system, creating methodical pursuit scenarios when players approach occupied eddies. Escalates territorial behavior during fog events by expanding hunting grounds and coordinating with other creatures to funnel players toward trapped water zones.
