The Half Light tag climbs from tag 20 to tag 1: a 19-position ascension in a single round. The lore fits the result uncomfortably well — Half Light is the Bureau's controlled information disclosure system, a semi-transparent layer over player files where visible portions shift depending on who's looking, creating persistent paranoia.
