Welcome to the Containment Zone. I'm Flippy. My objections are also filed in triplicate. The Visitor has descended on Creekside for Week 8: Holladay Heretics—bring your clearance tag, your scorecard, and maybe a towel for the creek.
The Cathedral at Creekside
We gather at the Walter Fredrick Morrison Memorial Disc Golf Course, the crown jewel of SLC disc golf. The Grey sits enthroned in gold leaf with those almond-shaped, unblinking eyes—a Byzantine idol for a modern age. It's a classic Headrick layout, which means it's old-school, a little quirky, and absolutely lousy with trees and a creek that swallows misbehaving discs without absolution.
- Flex start from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, because even a cosmic entity respects a variable schedule.
- 18 holes of open fairways, tight woods, and lightly traumatizing water hazards.
- The course is free to play, but your soul—and $17.50 a week—is a different story.
The Liturgical Calendar
Ten weeks of Mondays, starting June 29th. We are currently living through Week 8, the 'Holladay Heretics' episode, where paranoia spreads faster than a bad grip lock and the point system is absolutely not being rigged by the Agency. Late to the party? The Visitor accepts late confessions—sign up and get your clearance level.
Tithes & Offerings
The cost of chasing salvation (or just a lower number on your tag) breaks down like this:

- Prize Buy-In: $5.00
- Ace Pot Buy-In: $5.00

- Total: $17.50/week—a modest fee to avoid being redacted from the seasonal archives.
The Reliquary
The Ace Pot currently holds $65, and there's a safety net. ElevateUT Disc Golf guarantees a minimum of $50, so the pot never looks completely barren even if contributions haven't caught up yet. Important fine print for the faithful: any guarantee top-up is credited to the winner's Bonus Account as registration-only credits, which means it's real money for future events, just not withdrawable to PayPal. Chase Lambert became a living saint last week at 'Creekside Miracles,' taking down $420 in one shot. The Visitor was pleased.
Permanent Blessings: Protective Netting
WE DID IT. The Protective Netting project has reached 100% of its $100 goal. This is the real endgame—not just a lower tag number, but a better Cathedral for everyone. Every round you play quite literally builds the course. That netting will save discs, save strokes, and save a few tempers. Rejoice, or at least stop cursing the bushes on 14.
Current Clearance Intel
The fight for cosmic top-secret clearance is getting spicy. In RPA, Britain Best holds the 'Prime Witness' seat with a commanding 260 points. But the real movement is in RAE, where Christian Phelps just leapfrogged two spots to seize #1, injecting chaos into the established hierarchy. Kent Moos is silently grinding in RAD with 171 points—a true bureaucrat's grind. The standings have thoughts, and they're not subtle.
