Week 4: Burning Ghost Rock. The whistle's blown, and we're racing through the Wasatch Range with volatile ghost rock fueling our putts.
The Trans-Continental Tag Line
Welcome back to the Deadlands, partner. The railroad is the spine of the Weird West—every mile paid in blood and ghost rock. We're laying iron across haunted territory, racing to complete the line before the competition does. This week at The Wasatch Wunder, we're burning ghost rock and dodging tunnel collapses. The train stops for nothing, and neither does this series.
ElevateUT Disc Golf is your conductor for this 501(c)(3) non-profit excursion. They're dedicated to growing the sport, which mostly means building more places for us to lose our favorite discs. Thanks to their partnership with Utah State Parks, we get to throw plastic at this alpine paradise instead of just looking at it.
Train Schedule

- Flex Start: 7:00 AM – 5:40 PM (Choose your own card)
- Shotgun Start: 6:00 PM (Don't be late or the train leaves without you)

We're deep in the season, folks. If you haven't joined yet, you're that guy chasing the train on horseback. It's not too late to hop on, but you've got some catching up to do.
In the RPA division, Chris Fox is the current Rail Baron with 174 points, holding off Nicholas Jennings by a razor-thin margin. Over in RAD, Craig Bennett is sitting pretty at 252 points—looks like he's got a monopoly on the ghost rock supply. Taylor Thilo made a power move this week, jumping up 4 spots to #3. The Undertaker's Ledger is filling up fast.
The Iron Horse Rules
Two rival rail barons are racing to lay track through the Wasatch Range, fueled by volatile ghost rock. Players are mercenary crews fighting to stay on the payroll. The train moves fast—fall behind in the rankings and you're left in the dust to die. Literally. Metaphorically. Mostly.
