Week 8 · System Failure
The Final Meltdown is here, partners. Nine weeks of ghost rock, screaming fuel, and mechanical ambition come down to this — and somehow the foundry's still standing. The machines have gained sentience, the leaderboard's etched in brass and bone, and I'm still in this booth narrating the apocalypse like it's a Tuesday night tee time. Because it is.
Week 9. Episode 9. The Final Meltdown. The Ghost Fire Foundry has been cranking out unstable augmentations all season, and now the bill comes due. The machines move when nobody's working them. The competitive arc has been an arms race — each week inventions got more ambitious, more unstable, and more alive. This is where only the most ruthless survive.
Mad science powered by ghost rock — automatons, lightning guns, mechanical limbs, vehicles that run on screaming fuel. The inventors think it's science. It's not. The foundry glows green at night and machines move when nobody's working them. Progress has a price and the bill is coming due.
Semi-wooded, dirt-fairwayed, mando-heavy Urban Forest — where the cottonwoods judge your form and the walking path OB waits like barbed wire at the territory's edge. Par 54, roughly 5,000 feet of technical precision over raw power. The Spanish Fork River provides ambiance and the occasional lost disc funeral. Hole 1's mud pit is legendary — wear boots, not hopes.
Choose your own doom window. Morning ozone and dew-soaked fairways, or evening shadows when the machines are most active. The 6PM shotgun is for those who like their final reckoning served at dusk.
Two pools, six divisions, varying levels of ghost rock enhancement. Pool A houses the higher-augmentation tiers; Pool B contains the up-and-coming tinkerers still calibrating their systems.

The ace pot sits at $220.27 — enough to fund a modest ghost rock operation.
