His ghostly form rebuilds itself daily from discarded tools and machinery.

Can phase through solid objects and temporarily possess mechanical systems. Wields an ectoplasmic wrench that disrupts technology on contact and throws gear-shaped grenades assembled from scrap. Generates electromagnetic pulses that short-circuit electronics but becomes corporeal near high-voltage sources. Leaves corrosive oil-slick residue in its wake.
