Originally a beat cop who memorized every ordinance and statute, the Sentinel earned their reputation during the 'Black Book' scandal when they single-handedly exposed a ring of corrupt judges using obscure legal precedents. Now serving as the Regulators' walking legal encyclopedia, they patrol the streets with law books in one hand and handcuffs in the other.

Possesses an eidetic memory for legal codes and an uncanny ability to recall precedent cases mid-arrest. Their tactical vest contains hidden compartments for law books, and their nightstick is engraved with penal code numbers. They leave behind marked-up legal texts at crime scenes as calling cards.

Serves as the Regulators' walking legal reference and procedural watchdog, ensuring every arrest and investigation follows proper protocol while finding creative legal avenues to pursue corrupt officials.
