Born from the first prayer flags planted by ancient Himalayan monks, the Mountain Whisperer coalesced over centuries from the accumulated whispers of countless spiritual seekers. It gained full consciousness during a catastrophic avalanche that buried an entire monastery, absorbing both the monks' final prayers and the mountain's raw power.

The Whisperer's form shifts between mist and ice, allowing passage through solid rock during blizzards. Its voice manifests as wind patterns that rearrange snow crystals into messages. Most remarkably, it can temporarily fuse with glacial ice to experience memories stored in the ancient ice layers, making it a living archive of the mountain's history.

Serves as the Whiteout Guardians' early warning system and spiritual advisor, interpreting the mountain's moods and intentions. It identifies safe routes for the Guardians while misleading outsiders with deceptive wind patterns and false avalanche warnings.
