Salt Scribe

Born from the first quill that signed the Salt Lake Accords, the Salt Scribe emerged when the chained scroll was sealed at Creekside. Its body is parchment folded into humanoid shape, its fingers are quill-tips perpetually dripping gold ink, and its eyes are the small wax seals that close every clause. It walks the courses at dawn, copying tee-pad graffiti into ledgers and whispering the names of players whose ratings have fallen into the curse ledger.

Carries a ledger bound in salt-cured leather, its pages rewriting themselves after every round. Its ink leaves a faint neon-green trail that fades only when the next league night begins. Speaks exclusively in clauses, never in full sentences, and cannot be photographed—only described in triplicate. A faint smell of brine and old ink follows it everywhere.

Documents every round, every OB call, every hex invoked, and every bag tag transfer in the pool. The Salt Scribe is the official recorder of weekly payouts, ensuring that no signature goes unnoted and no curse goes unrecorded in the Accords.
