Long before humans discovered disc golf, the natural ley lines of the Salt Lake valley formed a supernatural intersection - a mystical boundary where opposing forces met and balanced. When the founders of the Salt Lake Accords挖掘 this ancient convergence, they bound it to their treaty, transforming a natural phenomenon into a magical rating threshold marker that now extends through every league venue, waiting for signatories to approach its golden edge.

The Treaty Meridian manifests as a shimmering vertical boundary of magical golden light, appearing waist-high to signed players. It extends infinitely in both directions, passing through all league venues - at Creekside it runs alongside the creek, at Roots it bisects the cemetery, at the River Court it flows with the water. Spray-painted sigils mark its path, pulsing with each nearby throw. Most distinctively, it emits an audible hum that rises in pitch as players' ratings approach the threshold, creating a supernatural warning system that can be heard by anyone with an active contract.

The Treaty Meridian serves as the final warning system before curse manifestation - it pulses and hums as players approach the threshold, giving them one final chance to turn back before crossing into cursed territory. Unlike the Clause Phantom which warns of approaching danger or the Rating Reaper which executes consequences, the Meridian is the last moment of safety, the golden line between survival and supernatural consequence. When a player crosses it, the Meridian's hum suddenly silences - and the curse begins.
