The Cold Archive serves as the ultimate suspense element across all leagues in the Containment Zone - players know their complete history exists somewhere in permanent cold storage, but can never verify what's been stored or when it might be thawed. This creates persistent paranoia about legacy consequences: every action now might be frozen and used in future clearance determinations, and you cannot determine who else has been archived or what their frozen records contain.
