The Clearance File appears as a manila folder with a prominent colored tab indicating your clearance level - yellow for standard, orange for elevated, red for high, and black for maximum security. The folder's surface shifts between matte and glossy finishes depending on who's viewing it, with holographic stamps appearing and disappearing as your clearance status changes. Visible black bars redact portions of the text visible on the folder's surface, and the folder grows measurably thicker with each event attended, accumulating your complete competitive history.
