Gregg Davis ascended in RAE with the cleanest file on the card: a bogey-free -3 (913-rated), a personal best and the pool's Round of the Day. He took the lead after hole 3, watched Christopher Hamby seize it through hole 6, reclaimed it after Hamby's over-par 8, and made it stick by pulling clear of Nicholas Stosiek after 14. Stephen Dunton locked the final cash spot at -1 (887, 41 points above his rating) with the pool's sole birdie on the 429-foot 18th — a prayer answered on the last possible breath. Stosiek finished even, right on the bubble. Christian Phelps carded the pool's only birdie on 2 but faded to +6, while Blaine Callahan's +21 included OB scrambles on 3 and 15. 🙏

Jared Lang claimed RPA with a 991-rated -9 — 29 points above his rating — sealed by a clutch birdie on 18 after Malachi Vazquez had pulled even through hole 15. Vazquez settled for second at -8 (978) with a clean front nine and the Bogey Slayer achievement. Tongia Vakaafi took third at -7 (965) with a personal best, one agonizing spot outside the cash line. Rodrigo Ornelas filed the night's biggest surplus — 77 points above his rating for a personal-best -5 (939) — matching Chris Fox, who drilled a 39-foot Circle 2 putt on 18 and charged from 7th to T4. The lead was a four-way tie after hole 3; the contenders shed at 7 and 11, and the title came down to a final push Lang closed with authority. 🎯

Smallest Card, Biggest Improvement Stamp 📈

Charles Becker swept the RAF finale: division winner at -3 (913), the pool's Round of the Day, plus the Series Competitor and League Explorer achievements in his first recorded event with the league. He and William Fetzer swapped the lead like contested forms after holes 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 before Fetzer's bogey on 12 handed Becker the file for good. Fetzer finished +3 (835, 20 above his rating) in the final cash spot. Abraham Vidinhar posted a personal-best +5 (809) and collected the Most Improved Player title — a four-person card, sure, but his upward arc outshone the whole division. Shane Cooper rounded out the file at +6. 🏅

Kent Moos never trailed in RAD — wire-to-wire and bogey-free at -7 (965-rated, 52 points above his rating). He shared the lead after holes 3, 8, and 10, pulled ahead of Chris Melhado after 12, watched Melhado tie it back through 15, then answered after 16 to close out the pool. Melhado finished -4 (926) in the final cash spot, with Brett Buttars third at -2 (900) right on the bubble. Anthony Kai held a share of the lead through hole 10 before a bogey on 11 triggered the fade to T4, while Taylor Thilo climbed from 5th to 4th on a back-nine charge at -1 (887). 🛡️

The finale produced exactly two immaculate files: Gregg Davis at -3 and Kent Moos at -7, both bogey-free. The rating audits swung like clearance reviews — Rodrigo Ornelas (77 above), Stephen Dunton (41 above), and William Fetzer (20 above) filed surpluses, while Brandon Reesor (-80), Christian Phelps (-76), and Kellan Brooke (-54) posted deficits ugly enough to trigger an investigation. Hard holes earned their reputations: RAE's 270-foot 15th played to an average of +0.8, yet Davis dropped the pool's sole birdie there, and the 429-foot 18th surrendered only to Dunton in Pool B. Malachi Vazquez took the top haul with 8 skins ($6.00), opening with a birdie on hole 1 and striking again late on 15; Christopher Hamby scooped a 5-skin carryover on hole 6 (5 skins, $3.75); and Kent Moos closed with a birdie on 17 for his 5 skins ($3.75). AllIn mode reshuffled both pools, but the tops refused to move. In Pool A, Jared Lang's efficient -9 carried the Glass Census from #2 to #1 at Final Ascension — the Bureau filing the promotion as "efficient disc golf," which is Bureau-speak for "no drama, just results." In Pool B, Gregg Davis defended the Tear Dossier with his bogey-free -3, keeping the #1 spot exactly where it was.
