Origin Story

Former police helicopter pilot Marcus 'Hawk' Ryker turned vigilante after witnessing his partner's murder by corrupt officials. Now operating outside the law, he combines his aerial expertise with stolen neon tech to become Justice Hawk - the winged enforcer who strikes from above. His signature move: diving from skyscrapers to intercept corrupt deals mid-flight.

Properties

Wears a reinforced leather flight suit with retractable carbon-fiber wing panels that deploy from the backplate. Forearm-mounted holographic targeting systems project neon waypoints. Specialized visor provides 360-degree augmented reality overlay. Carries electrified bolas and smoke pellet discs for aerial takedowns.

Role

Serves as the Neon Knights' aerial reconnaissance and rapid response specialist, patrolling the city's vertical spaces to intercept corruption in progress. Combines urban parkour with short-distance gliding to maintain the high ground advantage in all engagements.
