Origin Story

Originally a standard maintenance entity, the first Reboot Ray emerged when a system update merged bioelectric defenses with debug protocols. These rare creatures now appear wherever the matrix's code becomes unstable, proving the system's fragility.

Properties

Generates electromagnetic pulses from wingtips that disrupt local matrix code. Diamond-shaped body navigates binary streams effortlessly. Translucent skin reveals pulsing circuitry, and creates temporary 'safe zones' of stabilized code.

Role

Creates temporary breaches in the matrix's fabric, allowing the Enlightened Escapists to access hidden pathways or decrypt protected system areas during critical events.
