Origin Story

Created through a forbidden ritual by Katarina Novak, the Rune Stalker combines fragments of ancient runes with a predatory spirit. It was designed to seek out and consume runic knowledge, becoming an independent entity that serves the Arcane Seekers' goals while maintaining some degree of autonomy.

Properties

The Rune Stalker can phase through solid objects and constantly shifts its form, with glowing runes appearing and disappearing across its surface. It grows stronger by absorbing the power of consumed runes and is compelled by ancient magic to seek out runic knowledge, though it retains some free will.

Role

Serves as the Arcane Seekers' primary tool for locating and extracting ancient runic knowledge, operating independently to infiltrate protected sites and consume runic inscriptions, often leaving destruction in its wake.
