Origin Story

Created by Eliza Wintergear's predecessors as one of the first attempts to stabilize the flow of magical energy through mechanical means. The Synchronous Vortex emerged from experiments combining dragon essence with steam-powered turbines, resulting in a self-sustaining entity that naturally maintains perfect balance between magical and mechanical forces.

Properties

The Synchronous Vortex generates a perpetual spiral of magical energy that remains in perfect harmony with TVille's Great Clock. Its rotating core of brass and crystal contains intricate gearwork that automatically adjusts to maintain optimal energy flow. The entity can expand or contract its vortex field while maintaining precise control over its magical output.

Role

Serves as a crucial stabilizing force within TVille's magical infrastructure, helping to regulate the flow of power between the Great Clock and various mechanical-magical systems throughout the city. When the Clock began to fail, the Synchronous Vortex was one of the few systems that continued to maintain balance.
