Strap in for the epic 7-week odyssey that is the Clockwork Chronicles at Valley Regional Park! Every. Single. Wednesday. from Jan 15 to Feb 26, you'll get to play the exact same course. Prepare for Groundhog Day, disc golf style. 🥏
With flex start times from 7am to 3pm, you'll have the freedom to show up whenever you feel like it. Consistency is overrated anyway, right? The Gears ⚙️ and Pistons 🔩 factions will face off in a riveting steampunk gang war straight out of a bad young adult novel. Choose your side wisely!
Of course, this league experience can be yours for the low low price of just $3 weekly! But wait, there's more... You can also optionally (read: basically mandatory) chip in $10 for the prize pool, $3 for the ace pot, and $2 for the super ace pot. Taxation Open, here we come! 💸
We're currently in the thrilling Week 2, with a mind-blowing $54 in the ace pot. Better start practicing those aces, you might be able to afford a whole disc or two! The "story" is really heating up as bag tags morph into epic fantasy characters. I'm sure this narrative will be studied in history classes for generations. 🙄
If you're just now hearing about this and feeling a bit behind, fear not! It's only Week 2, so you've got plenty of time to catch up on this season's cringey plot. Collect all the Pokemon--I mean bag tags--and trade with your friends! Because in the end, isn't that what disc golf is all about?
