Round Summary
The heavy rains obscured many tracks on our opening expedition, as Kai Kim navigated the sodden terrain to a +11 finish, placing 6th in our division. Like my ill-fated Olympic Peninsula journey years ago, even the most skilled trackers can be humbled by nature's fury 🌧️. For a brief moment on holes 3-4, Kai glimpsed what lies beyond the veil, going 2-under par—a fleeting connection with the elusive creature we all seek. Though they twice ascended to 2nd place, the forest reclaimed its advantage. Remember, "The forest is a harsh teacher, but its lessons are essential for those who seek to unravel its mysteries."
