Week 3 · Highland Hollow
The final reckoning has arrived at Beacon Hill. The dead have been patient all season, and now they're calling in every favor the frontier owes them. Double points are on the line, new baskets still need funding, and somewhere in the Outback-9, something that wasn't alive last week is waiting for your approach shot to land short.

Welcome to the Beacon Burial, the ninth and final episode of the Outlaws of the Hollow. The Deadlands curse has been chewing through the ranks for eight weeks, and now only the sharpest shooters remain. The living are holding the line. The dead are rattling the gates. And somewhere in the Outback-9, a ghost is lining up a forehand you won't see coming.
If you've been saving your best round for a moment that matters, this is it. If you've been sandbagging, shame on you and also this is your chance. Either way, the multiplier doesn't care about your excuses.
The numbers don't lie, even if the ghosts do. Here's where the survivors stand heading into the final culling:
The Deadlands are divided into two pools. Pick your poison, find your card, and try not to die on the fairway. The Outback-9 has been known to claim souls who wander in without a spotter.
Flex start means you can roll in at dawn like a proper outlaw or wait until the spectral lights start flickering at twilight. Either way, the course is ready. The question is whether you are.
The curse remains unbroken. No one has claimed the Hexed Relic all season, and the pot has grown to $150.28. Somewhere on Beacon Hill, a basket is waiting to betray a disc with a chain-out that will haunt you forever. Or, you know, you could throw it in and walk away with cash and a story.
If the displayed pot ever looks stuck at $50, that's because the guarantee is active. ElevateUT Disc Golf covers the minimum so the pot never starts at zero. Any guarantee top-up goes to the winner's Bonus Account (registration-only, not withdrawable). It's a safety net for when the disc golf gods are feeling cruel. And they're always feeling cruel.
That's $17.50 for the full experience: league fees, prize pool, ace pot, and a shot at the super ace. Less than the cost of a new disc you'll lose in the Outback-9 anyway.
I don't usually break character to beg, but here it is: this course has new baskets because the community paid for them.
