The Deadfall Decree manifests as a spectral Wanted Poster fused with a trap mechanism - its edges curl like spring-loaded teeth, and the text shifts from warning to verdict depending on the competitor's last score. When activated on the unworthy, the document snaps shut like a steel jaw, claiming them for the dust. It carries the weight of ancient frontier law, binding all competitors to its judgment. The Decree remembers all who triggered it and all who escaped, maintaining the eternal record that separates the remembered from the forgotten.

The Deadfall Decree serves as the culling's enforcement mechanism across all leagues - when a competitor fails to meet the threshold, the Decree activates like a spring-loaded deadfall trap, pulling them into elimination. Every score is a test of whether the competitor has escaped the Decree's grip or triggered its binding judgment. This transforms the series into a unified system where all leagues are connected through the same ancient trap mechanism.
