The Wanted Citation was born when the first competitor entered the Deadlands and the frontier's ancient judgment system activated. The spectral court that governs the culling issues these citations like a judge signing warrants - some for execution, some for survival. Now every league receives its Citations at sunset, declaring who the frontier wants remembered and who it wants forgotten.

Manifests as a torn wanted poster with burnt edges, using the frontier's red accent color (#8B0000) as the primary ink. Contains the competitor's score in the 'reward' section. Crosses league boundaries, appearing in any league where the competitor participates. The paper feels like dried skin when touched.

This entity transforms every ranking update into a cosmic wanted poster, making competitors aware of their standing in the frontier's judgment. It serves as both warning and motivation, letting everyone know exactly where they stand in the culling's grim mathematics.
