When a player's Blockbuster membership tier collapses to 'Account Suspended,' the Chaintrix doesn't simply erase them - it converts their failed presence into permanent neon phosphor glow. These eliminated players become Neon Wraiths, their ghostly forms burning with Blockbuster gold and midnight blue light, visible haunting the fairways of all 16 movie simulations as warnings to the living.

Composed of visible light spectrum shifted to Blockbuster gold (#FFD700) and midnight blue (#191970). Leaves VHS tracking line distortion in its wake across all 16 simulations. Creates phosphor afterimages that persist after it moves, like burned-in TV static that won't fade. Can only be seen when CRT displays flicker to certain frequencies - players must 'tune' their perception to perceive the wraith, making it visible only to those who understand the Chaintrix's visual language.

The Neon Wraith serves as the Chaintrix's ultimate consequence mechanism - it is what happens when players become more absent than present across the simulation network. Every eliminated player joins its ranks, creating a growing army of neon-glowing specters that witness ongoing competition and serve as permanent documentation of failure that can never be rewound.
