Created during the first sighting of the ice phoenix at Art Dye, the Frostveil Echo is a crystalline artifact imbued with the phoenix's essence, left behind as a resonant echo of its cry.

A small, crystalline artifact that emits a faint, icy glow. It resonates with the presence of the ice phoenix, growing colder and brighter when near areas of supernatural activity. The artifact is nearly indestructible, with a surface that feels like smooth, frozen glass. It can project faint, ghostly images of past events related to the phoenix when held under moonlight.
