The Witness Phantasm emerged from the collective uncertainty of Art Dye's impossible shots, born from the frozen moments where discs seemed to defy physics and memory itself. It manifests most strongly in areas where multiple observers have reported seeing the ice phoenix, as if reality itself has become uncertain in these contested spaces.

This ethereal entity appears as a shifting, translucent form that distorts depth perception and creates phantom wind patterns across the course.
