Their origin reflects the consequences of human intrusion into sacred aquatic territories, blending industrial pollution with primal magic.

The Gloom Gremlin is a small, agile creature with slick, dark green skin that provides camouflage in fog and shadows. It possesses webbed fingers and toes for swift aquatic movement, and large, luminous eyes that cut through the mist with an eerie glow. Its body is highly flexible, allowing it to cling to surfaces and scurry through underbrush, and it has an innate ability to cause minor equipment malfunctions, such as loosening disc grips or tangling bags.

The Gloom Gremlin serves as a chaotic nuisance that tests players' adaptability by randomly interfering with their game through sabotage and distractions, amplifying the survival horror experience without direct physical harm.
