Born when Luxon Quell shattered a temporal faultline during the first Arcane Fracture event. The cascading energy developed predatory sentience that actively hunts structural weaknesses. It now prowls rift margins, drawn to volatility to propagate its destructive flow.
Manifests as liquid-lightning energy flowing along fracture lines with accelerating velocity. Exhibits fractal branching when encountering obstacles, storing kinetic potential exponentially along its path. Terminus impacts scale with distance traveled, though confluence points of intersecting flows create temporary vulnerabilities.
Acts as Surge Bind's primary instability amplifier by targeting and widening existing fractures. Its cascading energy rewrites local reality rules, creating zones where chaos physics override standard magical laws.

As Fracture Cascade pulsed with nascent fury, it scanned the mortal plane for a vessel. Behold: Fernando Cortez (PDGA#76077), whose 935 rating glowed like a neon burrito at 3am. "This one," it crackled, "has known the sting of bogey... and salsa verde." With a zap that fused his mini marker to the tag, the bond was forged. But can this mere mortal channel raw multiversal surge... or will he just blame the wind again?
