When the Salt Lake Accords were first signed, the founding wizards bound magical resonance into the very air of every course under the treaty. As disc golf grew within this supernatural framework, the resonance attached itself to every thrown disc - when players accumulate magical debt through rating drops, the resonance hollows out, leaving visible spectral trails that warn others of approaching curse thresholds.

Hollow Flight manifests as translucent ribbons of light following every thrown disc. The trail's width and opacity correspond directly to the thrower's current magical debt - barely perceptible for players in good standing, thick and roiling for those approaching curse zones. Each trail carries the chromatic signature of the player's faction: gold for Wizard Wardens, deep green for Risen Dead, pale silver for the Vampire Court, and grey-white for the Unbound. The trails emit a faint harmonic hum audible only to signatories, with pitch dropping as debt increases. Trails persist exactly one competitive round before evaporating.

Hollow Flight serves as the Accords' visual warning network across all leagues - players can observe opponents' trails to gauge supernatural vulnerability in real-time, creating strategic advantages and cautionary visual narratives. The trails connect all league venues through their shared appearance, making the Accords' influence visible on every fairway.
