It emits a faint chemical smell that intensifies before curse manifestation, pulses with a heartbeat synchronized to nearby players' ratings, and leaves temporary marks on player equipment that fade according to rating performance.

Sigil Seepage serves as both an early warning system for curse manifestation - glowing brighter as players approach rating thresholds - and a literal connector that links all leagues through shared supernatural residue, ensuring no course bound by the Accords exists in magical isolation.
