Scoring System

DIVISION ELITE AWARD SCORING RUBRIC
This award recognizes players who demonstrate consistent dominance within their division. Players must have competed in at least 3 events to be eligible.
QUALIFICATION CRITERIA - Win Rate > 40% OR - Top 3 Rate > 70% with above-average division rating
1. Win Rate Impact (0-100 points per percentage) • Each percentage point of win rate adds 1 point • Example 50% win rate = 50 points
2. Victory Margins (0-15 points per stroke) • Each stroke in average margin of victory adds 15 points • Example 2 stroke average margin = 30 points
3. Win Streak Bonus (20 points each) • Each consecutive win adds 20 points • Example 3 wins in a row = 60 points
4. Rating Performance (2 points per differential) • Points for each rating point above division average • Example 10 points above average = 20 points
5. Field Size Factor (3 points per player) • 3 points per competitor in average field • Maximum of 40 points • Example Average field of 10 players = 30 points
TOTAL SCORE CALCULATION Final Score = Win Rate Points + Margin Points + Streak Points + Rating Points + Field Size Points
Example Calculation - 50% win rate (50 points) - 2 stroke average margin (30 points) - 3 win streak (60 points) - 10 point rating differential (20 points) - 10 player average field (30 points) Total Score = 190 points
Higher scores indicate stronger divisional dominance, with emphasis on consistent winning and performance above division average.
